Before we start.
It depends on the product category. For ceramic diffusers, MOQ is typically 200-500 units. For backpacks, 300-500 units. For speakers, 500-1000 units.
Design-only projects typically take 4-8 weeks. Full-service projects range from 12-20 weeks depending on product complexity and order volume.
We sign NDA agreements before any project begins. Our factory partners are contractually bound to IP protection.
Absolutely. We encourage factory visits and will arrange guided tours with our production partners.
Design services: 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Manufacturing: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T).
Yes. We coordinate with trusted freight forwarders for both sea and air shipment.
